Because our products are intangible digital goods, specific refund conditions apply under European consumer law (Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU).

1. Digital Goods & EU Withdrawal Rights

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Digital content delivered immediately,

  • When the consumer explicitly agrees to immediate delivery,

  • And acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service begins.

By purchasing from BudgetApps, you agree that:

  • Delivery of your digital key, subscription, or code may occur instantly,

  • You waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon activation or delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

2.1 Defective or Non-Working Product

If the digital key, subscription link, or activation code:

  • Does not work,

  • Cannot be activated,

  • Or is invalid,

you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We may require proof such as screenshots, error messages, or activation attempts.

2.2 Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will:

  • Replace it at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.

2.3 Technical Issues on Our Side

If a service cannot be delivered due to an internal technical failure, we will provide a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Products that were already activated, redeemed, or used

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer (e.g., wrong platform, region, or compatibility)

  • Problems caused by your device, settings, internet connection, or account restrictions

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing

All sales of valid, delivered digital content are final.

4. How to Request a Refund

6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

To protect our platform, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Excessive refund requests

  • Suspicious activation attempts

  • Abuse of digital products or keys

We also reserve the right to disable access to products suspected of fraudulent use.
