Delivery of your digital key, subscription, or code may occur instantly,
You waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon activation or delivery.
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
If the digital key, subscription link, or activation code:
Does not work,
Cannot be activated,
Or is invalid,
you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We may require proof such as screenshots, error messages, or activation attempts.
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will:
Replace it at no cost, or
Issue a full refund.
If a service cannot be delivered due to an internal technical failure, we will provide a full refund.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Products that were already activated, redeemed, or used
Incorrect purchases made by the customer (e.g., wrong platform, region, or compatibility)
Problems caused by your device, settings, internet connection, or account restrictions
Change of mind after delivery
Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing
All sales of valid, delivered digital content are final.

To protect our platform, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
Fraudulent claims
Excessive refund requests
Suspicious activation attempts
Abuse of digital products or keys
We also reserve the right to disable access to products suspected of fraudulent use.
